Dr. Bajwa has a rich exposure to property development process. He advises property developers for the right engineering/ planning/ architectural/ construction services making sure that AEC industry expectations are professionally met. He has a track record of teaming-up and collaborating with planning and design professionals, engineers, and project managers for conceiving and delivering end-to-end design and build services. He feels enthusiastic about discussing each client’s unique requirements and aspirations, and proposes a design that updates the best from the past and builds on ideals for the future. He brings a fresh perspective and out-of-the-box ideas to his clients regardless of scale of the project. His unique solutions respond directly to the clients’ and sites’ needs and are innovative, timeless, sustainable, functional, and appealing.

M. Nadeem Qamar
B.Arch, Dip.Arch

Ar. Qamar believes that adding creative value to the idea of a project makes any team proud of their successes – “it is all about setting everything and everyone in a creative direction, and to a delightful ending”. He enjoys creating hands-on moments by collaborating with contractors, building trades, and craftsmen. In doing so he learns what they bring to, and walks them through, the “magical balance” he looks for in any project. He has extensive design and construction management experience inside and outside US in residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, recreational and landscape sectors.
